Initial Consultation - Free
This consists of a 1-hour non-specific discussion about the accident and the expectation of the law firm representing the case. Not all team members will attend this meeting and the meeting may be conducted via telephone if time or distance prohibits a face to face meeting.

Continuing Consultation
This consultation consists of a detailed preliminary case assessment by each team member. A complete team analysis of the accident, review of documentation including police reports, witness statements, and photographic evidence from the accident scene. Initial consultation fee $500.00

Case review and presentation
This includes continuing case review, research, deposition and trial preparation. Included in this category are review of witness interviews, site surveys, photography, bike cam digital media production of the accident scene and surrounding environment, client meetings, production of exhibits and models, and intensive bicycle and riding equipment and apparel inspection. Outsourced metallurgy testing is available. An hourly fee of $100.00 per participating team member is charged for these activities.

Case presentation
Case presentation includes team member appearances for depositions and hearings, other than trial court appearance. Time spent attending depositions and hearings is charged at the rate of $100.00 per hour per appearing team member.

Trial Court Appearance
Time spent at trial court appearance is charged at the rate of $150.00 per hour per appearing team member.

Travel
All team members are available for extensive travel. All travel related expense is documented and billed at cost. Meal expenses are capped at $60.00 per day, or partial day, per team member. Travel days and non-activity days spent traveling are billed at $250.00 per day per traveling team member. Local travel time on days involving other client related activities are charged at $75.00 an hour per participating team member.

Retainer and Billing
A non-refundable retainer of $1,000.00 is required upon acceptance of an assignment. Billing is bi-monthly and payable upon receipt.
